How KANAN compares

Per 330 ml, a regular cola-type soda typically contains about 35 g of sugar, 139 kcal, 33 mg of caffeine and practically no electrolytes. A typical sports drink contains about 19 g of sugar, 80 kcal and around 195 mg of electrolytes. KANAN contains 700 mg of electrolytes, 0 g of sugar and 0 mg of caffeine. Figures for other categories are typical published label values scaled to 330 ml.

When people drink it

After sport, after the sauna or a cold bath, at work, after a flight, and in the evening instead of a soda. Because it has no caffeine, it can be drunk late in the day.
