Shipping policy

Delivery

We deliver within Switzerland. Outside Switzerland: write to info@kanan.ch with your country.

First series, on pre-order. The first cans leave in early December with Swiss Post. Delivery is free in Switzerland on every pre-order placed by 30 November. You receive an email the day your order leaves, then allow 1 to 2 working days.

After that: Swiss Post, CHF 12 per parcel. Every order is packed within 12 business hours of receipt and handed to Swiss Post. A large order may ship in several parcels; the total is calculated at checkout.

On arrival

Check the parcel. If a can is damaged or something is missing, write to us within 7 days at info@kanan.ch with a photo. We replace it, no questions asked.
